About driven HR
driven HR was established as CaniaHR in 2006 by Frank Cania. With no capital and only a few small clients, Frank and the business were sustained by the love, support, and understanding of his wonderful wife Becky, and their children Blake and Ellie through the early days. For the first few years the “office” was one of several coffee shops, and the business address was a small mailbox at the local UPS Store.
Both the company and Frank have come a very long way since then. Today, driven HR has a diverse staff of HR consultants and administrative support professionals dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional HR consulting services.
Reaching the Next Level
In June 2016 – 10 years after it was founded – driven HR was acquired by USA Payrolls, Inc. Still under Frank’s leadership, the company began an exciting new chapter in its history, becoming driven HR – A USA Payroll Company.
Now, with the exceptional resources and support of the entire USA Payroll team, driven HR is well-positioned to assist employers with the often-complicated world of human resources, and to safely navigate the complex web of state and federal employment laws and regulations.*
driven HR is recognized by clients, business professionals, and attorneys as a leader in human resource and employment-related regulatory compliance consulting.
